New World Class Warranty offers best coverage in power tool industry
Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation is pleased to announce a new Five-Year Tool Limited Warranty effective on all products manufactured as of October 1, 2003. Milwaukee will repair any defective tool within 5 years from the date of purchase. In addition, Milwaukee provides a 1-Year Free Maintenance program consisting of electrical safety checks and performance tests at Milwaukee Service / Sales Support Branches. The new Five-Year Warranty is just one more example of how much Milwaukee believes in the reliability of its tools and its â€Nothing but Heavy Duty†commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Unsurpassed by competitors, this new world class warranty is made possible by Milwaukee employing the latest in cellular manufacturing methods and strict adherence to Quality Control processes. The "cell" concept improves productivity and quality through empowering employees, while decreasing production turnaround time, inventory and waste. This new warranty covers all tools sold in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Every Milwaukee tool is tested before leaving the factory and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Milwaukee will repair or replace (at Milwaukee’s discretion), without charge, any tool (including battery chargers) which examination proves to be defective in material or workmanship from five (5) years after the date of purchase.
Return the tool and a copy of the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase to a Milwaukee factory Service/Sales Support Branch location or Milwaukee Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid and insured. This warranty does not cover damage from repairs made or attempted by other than Milwaukee authorized personnel, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
Battery Packs, Flashlights, and Radios are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
