CHECKPOINT¨ Products purchased on or after August 1, 2003 come with a warranty package that includes:
LIFETIME Limited Warranty. CHECKPOINT warrants any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship of the level body for LIFETIME use of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear, tool abuse or vial breakage. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces.
In addition to the warranty, CHECKPOINT Levels are covered by our:
One-Year Free Service Contract. CHECKPOINT will maintain the tool and replace worn parts caused by normal use, for free, any time during the first year after purchase.
Dealer locations are not authorized to exchange product across the counter for defective claims. All claims must be handled directly with CHECKPOINT.
In the event of a warranty claim you must call CHECKPOINT Direct and get an RGA number assigned to your claim prior to sending the unit back to CHECKPOINT.
