Athena Brands Inc. - Warranty Policy

• Athena Brands Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• All merchandise must be returned to the original place of purchase to be processed.  Proof of purchase must accompany the returned merchandise.  Athena Brans requires a return authorization number prior to ruturn to the factory.  If return is authorized, all goods are subject to final inspection and acceptance at our factory.  All merchandise should be returned in thr original cartons and cleaned of all food residue.
• This warranty does not apply to product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, tampering, or has been modified in any way.  Broken latches and handles will not be accepted for return.  Replacement latches and handles are available for purchase by calling the toll free number for a retail location near you, or online at www.athenabrands.com.

Note:  Athena Brands, Inc. reserves the right to either replace a defective product or issue credit against future purchases on all returned, defective merchandise.  this warranty excludes labor or the cost of labor and is given as the exclusive warranty and remedy.  No other warranties, expressed or implied are made.  Athena shall not be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary form state to state.
