drainagewater, effluent, wastewater and other non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-abrasiveliquidsnot above140 Fwith up to 3/4 inch spherical solidshandlingability (NOT TOBE

Eachof theabovenotedLittleGiant productsisguaranteedtobeinperfect conditionwhenit leavesour factory.Duringthetimeperiodsandsubject totheconditions hereinafter set forth,
LITTLEGIANT PUMPCOMPANY, Subsidiary of TECUMSEH PRODUCTSCOMPANY will repair or replaceto theoriginal user or consumer any portion of your new LITTLE
GIANTproductwhichprovesdefectiveduetomaterialsorworkmanshipof LITTLEGIANT.Contact your nearestAuthorizedLittleGiantDealer forwarranty service.Atall timesLITTLEGIANT
shall haveandpossessthesoleright andoptiontodetermine whether torepair or replacedefectiveequipment,parts,or components.Damageduetolightningor conditions
beyond thecontrol of LITTLEGIANT isNOT COVERED BY THISWARRANTY
WARRANTY PERIOD
PUMPS: 12 monthsfrom dateof installation or 18 monthsfrom dateof manufacture, whichever occurs first.
LABOR,ETC.COSTS: LITTLEGIANT shall INNOEVENT beresponsibleor liablefor thecost of fieldlabor or other chargesincurredby any customer inremovingand/or affixing
any LITTLEGIANT product, part or component thereof.
THISWARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY:
1) to defects or malfunctions resulting from failure to properly install, operate, or maintain the unit in accordance with
printed instructions provided
2) to failures resulting from abuse, accident or negligence
3) to normal maintenanceservicesand thepartsused in connection with such service
4) to unitswhich arenot installed in accordancewith applicablelocal codes, ordinancesand good tradepractices
5) unit isused for purposes other than for what it wasdesigned and manufactured
6) if pumpexposedtobut not limitedtothefollowing: sand, gravel, cement, grease, plaster, mud, tar, hydrocarbons, or hydrocarbonderivatives(oil,gasoline, solvents,etc.) or other
abrasiveor corrosivesubstances.
7) if pump hasbeen used for continuouspumping of suitableliquidsabove140 F
8) if power cord hasbeen cut or spliced
9) if pump hasbeen dismantled by customer (Dealer only can dismantlepump for field service.)
RETURNORREPLACEDCOMPONENTS: Any itemtobereplacedunder theWarrantymust bereturnedtoLITTLEGIANT at OklahomaCity,OK or suchother placeasLITTLE
GIANT may designate, freight prepaid.
PRODUCT I IMPROVEMENTS: LITTLEGIANT reservestheright tochangeor improveitsproductsor any portionsthereof without beingobligated toprovidesuchachangeor improvement
for units sold and/or shipped prior to such changeor improvement.
DISCLAIMER: Any oral statementsabout theproductmadeby theseller, themanufacturer, therepresentativesor any other partiesdonot constitutewarranties, shall not bereliedupon
by theuser,andarenot part of thecontract for sale.Seller sandmanufacturer s onIy obligation,andbuyer sonly remedy,shall bethereplacement and/or repair by themanufacturer of the
product asdescribedabove.Neither seller nor themanufacturer shall beliablefor any injury, lossor damage,direct, incidental or consequential (including, but not limitedto, incidental or
consequential damagesfor lost profits, lost sales, injury topersonor property, or any other incidental or consequentiaI loss),arisingout of theuseor theinabilitytousetheproduct,andthe
useragreesthatnoother remedyshall beavailabletoit.Beforeusing, theusershalI determinethesuitabilityof theproduct for hisintendeduse,anduser assumesall risk andliabilitywhatsoever
in connection therewith. Thewarranty andremedy describedin thislimitedwarranty isanEXCLUSIVEwarrantyand remedy and isIN LIEUOF any other warranty or
remedy,expressedor implied,whichother warrantiesandremediesarehereby expressly EXCLUDED, includingbut not limitedtoany impliedwarranty of MERCHANTABILITY
ORFITNESSFOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Somestatesdo not allow theexclusiveor Imitation of incidental or consequential damages, so theabovelimitation or exclusion
may not apply to you. Thiswarranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also haveother rightswhich vary from stateto state.
In theabsenceof othersuitableproofof theinstallationdate,theeffectivedateof thiswarrantywill bebaseduponthedateofmanufactureplusoneyear.DirectAll Notices.
